Appoints Dave Reeves as Chief Financial Officer
Redmond, WA, November 19, 2004 – RAF Technology, Inc., a
world leader in high-speed address recognition software
and authentication technology, is pleased to
announce the appointment of Dave Reeves as Chief
Financial Officer of RAF Technology on November 15,
2004.
Mr. Reeves spent the last
several years as a finance executive working with
technology businesses in the Pacific Northwest. He has a
broad base of financial, accounting and administrative
experience including capital raising, system
implementation and financial reporting. He joins RAF from Mindplay, a Bellevue based developer of table management
systems that incorporate advanced optical and pattern
recognition technologies into table games used by
casinos. Dave was CFO of Mindplay, and was instrumental
in its successful acquisition by Bally Gaming, a Las
Vegas based manufacturer of gaming equipment. As a
partner with Tridia Partners, a Seattle based consulting
firm that provides senior level executives to emerging
growth companies, Dave advised numerous technology
businesses. Prior to joining Tridia, Dave was the CFO of
Olapro! and Wavtrace, where he negotiated several
transactions including a strategic partnership, venture
investment round and the sale of Wavtrace to Harris
Corporation. Dave is a CPA in the state of Washington.
Dave received a BA in quantitative economics from
Stanford University.
